We want to start out by stating that we hope you and your families are all doing well and taking the best precautions amidst the current situation with COVID-19.

As some of you may have read or heard in the news, there are a few insurance carriers that are now offering discounts or refund checks to their auto insurance customers. This gesture is in response to the recent pandemic and stay-at-home orders that have been put in place, which have greatly reduced auto usage.  We want to assure you that we are proactively communicating with each of our carriers to determine what their plan of action is to potentially accommodate you in this unprecedented time of need. As carriers determine and finalize their plans of action, this should be communicated directly to you by your carrier once a plan has been put in place. We will also do our best to communicate with you as we have information available to us.
While it may take some time for the carriers to translate this information, please feel free to contact our agency with any immediate questions, concerns, or updates you may have regarding your policy. Please note our agency is still open for business, but to ensure the safety of our staff members and their families, our agents are currently working remotely. Should you call in and not reach your agent right away please leave a message and your representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
