Job Description
The Commercial Lines CSA position requires experience working with Medium and Large Commercial Accounts. Primary responsibilities include servicing incoming calls from existing clients regarding coverage questions, billing inquiries, policy changes, claims, and more. We have a team approach to servicing our mid to large accounts and the CSA role is an integral part of that team.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming client calls as described above.
  • Marketing renewals, preparing proposals, & reviewing contracts for insurance requirements and policy forms when applicable.
  • Updating agency management system with vehicle schedules, driver schedules, certificate holders, and additional interests when applicable.
  • Process endorsements, audits, dividends, renewals and invoice these items as needed. Update information in agency management when applicable.
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property forms, Auto ID Cards, change request forms, renewal certificates, and various other insurance forms as requested.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years experience working in Commercial Lines preferably in and independent agency setting.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Property & Casualty License. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy. Self-motivated, with excellent organization and time management skills. Desire to be a part of a positive working environment where team work is key.
