PERSONAL LINES TRAINEE (posted 2/12/18)

Our Personal Lines Trainee position starts at the Front Desk of our Agency.

As the Receptionist and face of the Agency, you will not only develop relationships with clients but also gain valuable on the job experience to build your base on which to develop professionally.  The position entails receptionist duties including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, data entry and more.

Candidates who are not currently licensed will be required to take pre-licensing classes and pass the State of Wisconsin Property & Casualty exam within 4 months of employment.  Once licensed, the candidate will begin Personal Lines training through multiple support tasks to our Personal Lines CSR’s.  Upon mastery of those support tasks, hands-on Customer Service training will begin.

Candidates who are newly licensed will first learn the receptionist duties, followed by Personal Lines support task training within the first 3 months of employment.  Hands-on Customer Service training will begin no later than the 4th month of employment.

COMMERCIAL LINES CUSTOMER SERVICE (posted 2/12/18)

We are a growing agency looking to add to our Commercial Lines Customer Service team.  At least 2 years experience working in Commercial Lines Customer Service in an independent agency setting is required.

 

Type of Position: Full-Time
Education Requirement: Insurance License
Experience Requirement: 1-2 years
